ICELAND - a place where the fire shakes hands with ice. Don't miss the endless beauty of Iceland in the colors of autumn, all during a 10-day photo-expedition. Experience the charm of Iceland, where nature writes the script according to itself, and therefore often changes it. The lunar island in the Atlantic Ocean with a northern climate is a real European exotic. The landscape of fire and ice, green moss and black lava is full of roaring waterfalls, dormant volcanoes, vast glaciers and erupting geysers - a real paradise for photographers.

Shooting in an active volcanic area is the dream of every landscape photographer. Iceland is a country with high volcanic activity. If one of the accessible volcanic areas is active during the expedition, an unforgettable experience of photographing flowing lava and crushing craters awaits you.

AURORY
Aurora Borealis or "aurora borealis" is one of the most interesting phenomena that occur in nature. September is the month when Aurora becomes visible again in the Iceland area. But it is not possible to promise. With a little luck, we will be able to see it in full force and thus include excellent night pieces in our portfolio.
BEACHES AND POWERFUL WATERFALLS
Iceland is full of massive photogenic waterfalls and mysterious beaches. During our expedition we will visit the most photogenic of them - the mighty Gullfoss, the colorful Bruarfoss, the famous Skógafoss, the "unobtrusive" Kvernufoss and others. We will not miss the beaches Reynisfjara and the so-called "Diamond beach".
MOUNTAINS A
ICE CREAM
As much of Iceland is covered by glaciers, we cannot miss them during our photo-expedition. We will visit the most famous glacial lagoon Jökulsárlón and, if we want, the majestic Svínafellsjökull. The easternmost stop of the expedition will be the photogenic mountains Vestrahorn and Eystrahorn, which are known for their steep pointed walls. These are the places where you will feel as if you are standing on the edge of the world.

Why didn't I provide a specific day-to-day shipping schedule? It's not possible in Iceland. We will be governed mainly by the weather and conditions. But your lecturers will be two experienced photographers who know where it pays to go under what conditions. We do not know whether they will churn volcanic craters or dance aurora during the expedition. However, you can be sure that this photo-expedition will be an experience for you that you will not forget for the rest of your life! You will gain not only experiences but also interesting photographs and a lot of new experience and valuable knowledge in the field of landscape photography. :-)
LECTURERS WHO WILL ACCOMPANY YOU:
My name is Filip Hrebenda. I am a photographer focused on artistic photography of the landscape, especially mountain areas. My work is characterized by the sensitive use of colorful colors that are found in nature. With these colors, interesting light, and working with creative composition I try my best to transfer the atmosphere of the photographed sites to the viewer. This is exactly the ability I want to pass on to each participant in a workshop, course or expedition. I got to take photos years ago due to my relationship with the mountains and nature, which I had since I was little. Because I live in an area that is located close to

Slovak national parks and nice mountains, I spent a lot of time in them. Therefore, I decided that these places are worth capturing in their full beauty. After a few years, based on several successes, it has become a hobby, a profession I currently live. I am one of the members of the prestigious "Association of Professional Photographers of Slovakia" (APFSR). I also represent several brands in the field of photography (NiSi Filters, CEWE, FocusNordic, Sirui, Vallerret, Lexar and Hähnel). For years, I have been mainly organizing photo courses and expeditions, which take place both in Slovakia and in several parts of the world. What fascinates me most about this job is that I find myself in really beautiful places surrounded by wildlife. In addition, to transmit their experiences people I directly enjoy "in the field".
My name is Marian Kuric. I was born in 1981 in Lučenec, a small town in the south of Slovakia. I became interested in photography in 2011. At first only with the desire to capture nice moments from trips or families. Later, the desire to improve was added, either at the place of the photo shoot or in the processing of the photo as such. Such a classic story, when a hobby becomes a mission that makes me willing to sleep outside in the winter, in the rain, the wind and several nights in a row. I am currently organizing photo courses and expeditions. I cooperate with the VFFoto brand - a manufacturer of photographic filters.
